The Giraffes and Cubs explored letters, phonics and nursery rhymes today with the use of our classroom ipads. Students chose to read stories, play phonics games (matching letters to sounds; objects to their starting letter), write letters and their names, and even listen to some nursery rhymes. A few students took the ipads to take photos of their friends at work and at "play"!
A very proud Giraffe, Sibulele, worked indpenednetly for several minutes and came to show Teacher Vuyo that he was a "super star" on his matching game!
